Lord of the Dance – St Patrick’s Day Dancing

Greenwich Dance Hosts St Patrick’s Day Céili at Borough Hall

Greenwich Dance is hosting a night of lively Irish Céili dancing and live music as part of St Patrick’s Day Céili.

On Saturday 14 March, there will be an eight-piece band Threepenny Bit, in the beautiful 1930s art deco Borough Hall in Greenwich.

Back by popular demand after last year’s sell-out success, the event runs from 8pm to 11pm, with a bar open throughout. Whether you’re a novice or an expert, there will be a caller on hand to guide you through the steps.

Erin O’Connell, guest at last year’s Céili, says: “It’s an amazingly fun night! Women, men, old and young - everyone was on their feet and having a great time.

"The beautiful Borough Hall at Greenwich Dance was the perfect venue to spend a wonderful St Patrick’s Day, and we all felt we’d had a real workout after from all the dancing and laughing.

"The event was fantastic, the band spectacular and great fun was had by all! Thanks to all the helpful and friendly staff who made it an excellent evening, I hope they also enjoyed it themselves.”

There is a group discount of 20% off bookings of ten tickets or more. To book call 020 8293 9741 or visit www.greenwichdance.org.uk.
